Our Halima I. Hussein contributed to the "Just sustainable energy transition: Lessons for Sub-Saharan Africa security of supply" article in the journal of Energy Policy published in December 2025. The article analyses the European Union's much lauded resilience strategies for a sustainable energy transition in the context of sub-Saharan Africa, and in particular the East African Power Pool and West African Power Pool.
